At Apolline we are proud of our highly experienced, dynamic and professional management and Practice Advisor teams. Our management team has over 150 years of combined experience incorporating experienced dental clinicians, practice managers and CQC Registered Managers. Our team knows compliance inside out and we are able to share this vast knowledge with you!

The story so far

Apolline Compliance was founded in 2010 by two experienced clinicians with a vision to provide outsourced hands-on support solutions to dental practices with the aim of freeing them to focus on providing care for their patients.

Pat Langley and Jerry Watson are both dentists with a passion for making a difference and since Apolline’s inception have built a team with unparalleled clinical and operational experience of running successful, profitable, compliant dental practices.


To provide the best possible service to our members and clients the team has developed a range of compliance support services from online training courses to individual practice audits.

This unique set of tools is designed to ensure consistency and clarity and to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.
